I was a Green Valley customer, and they were bought out by Granger. Granger’s service had become unreliable, so on March 4, 2024, I canceled my service with them. On March 25, 2024, I had what I thought was my last invoice from them auto deducted from my bank account in the amount of $6.11, which made sense because I had canceled one week into my 3 month billing cycle. On April 25, 2024, another bill was auto deducted from my account in the amount of $78.34. $60 was for “cart removal”, which I was never told that there would be a charge for, not to mention it’s completely outrageous. I was also charged $18.34 as a “remaining contract obligation”. When they automatically deducted money from my account, I hadn’t been a customer for nearly two months."
