However to our surprise the man was a real hard worker, he spent time and did a very detailed job. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

Excellent customer communications. They were friendly and efficient. Brought all there own cleaning supplies. I am disabled, and they took extra care to work around me. They got stubborn hard water build up out of my bathroom sink . I will absolutely recommend them and hire them again in the future."
