"Full disclosure: the owner is my wife's cousin's husband. Which means I see him maybe once every 7 years at family functions. I hired Sharp Construction because I knew I could trust the owner to to a great job at a fair price. The owner is of the mindset "do it right, once". I had problems with water infiltration/damage/rot that only got worse as the project moved along. I had set aside some money for repairs, but ended up superseding my repair budget (hence only being able to side two sides of the house). Sharp Construction fixed all my issues for good. In fact, many times he had already seen and fixed problems before I even knew they existed. The owner is on site doing the work with his skilled crew. His attention to detail is what I appreciated the most. I am a VERY particular person.
