"Joey came out the same day and on time to evaluate the minor repair / shingle damage that occurred at my home via high winds in the area over the prior weekend. The bottom row of shingles above the garage were detached and slid down into the gutter. The job was straightforward and he gave me an acceptable price based on a "handshake" agreement. I immediately cancelled the other quotes I had lined up later that day and the next. Joey left and got the materials and came back to complete the job in an expediate manner. The repair blends in very well with the original shingles that are at least 7 years old. Moreover, the repair is almost indistinguishable. I was provided a 3-year verbal warranty on the repair. "Started out great with 6 inch gutter install and house painting. Missed painting the entire chimney and some siding repair. He got some new projects and needed to get outside help. Was paid by me but never returned to finish the job. Said to me that he asked his "foreman" to get over to finish the job but that never happened. Didn't even know he had a "foreman" because he did all my work himself. Stopped responding to me after multiple attempts to reach him. He was good until I wasn't important any longer. Shame because I had more work if he'd handled this better."

"Brian with Roger The Roofer got in touch with me on the 24th. We texted back and forth about what was going on. He came out looked at the roof then sent me pictures of the damage gave me an estimate. He gave me a couple different options on how to get the damage fixed. I decided I would just go with Brian. He found out my original shingles were discontinued so I told him I don't care what color they are. So that was on Saturday the 25. On Monday the 27th he came out in the afternoon fixed my roof and was still there when I got home so I could pay him. He was GREAT. If I ever need any more roofing done, I will go back to Roger the Roofer. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me. The quote he gave me is the price I paid.
