"Joe and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! This company was beyond professional. Quality of work performed was excellent, timely, kept us informed and as quoted. We had a full roof tear off, replacement and gutter replacement on a very steep roof. You did not even know that they had been here once the project was finished. Joe and his team were amazing, clean up -- you would not have known they were there!"

"My new roof was completed on Monday, June 19. Not only was Estate Exteriors the best estimate of choice, but their work was exceptional! My neighbor commented on how precise they were in measuring and replacing a few wood roof panels as needed. They were extremely careful with clean-up. I have a dog, so am happy there were NO nails found in my yard, and all bits of roofing materials were picked up. It was a pleasure working with Eugene. I found him to be very honest and appreciated his advise. I HIGHLY recommend Estate Exteriors Inc. to anyone considering repairing or replacing their roof. Jan M. Naperville"

"The repair was completed timely and service was very professional. The work was completed properly and the workers were very friendly. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs or a new roof installed."

"A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. They take obvious pride in providing an experience where they work to please the client. Thank you A&D with a very satisfying experience!"

"Robert did every thing he promised to do. Communicated well through the process. Returned calls with answers to any questions I had. Very professional. I would recommend him for your next roof replace. Above all, if you have any questions or concern, prior or during the project and even after, Robert will get back to you quickly and answer any questions. Very Professional. He was on site at the start of the project, and reviewed all with the crew. Not like some companies the sales men promises the world and the installers do it their way. Robert went over the detail with the crew before they started. They did a great job."

"I couldn't be happier! The guys at Rapid Response were very thorough and fast replacing my roof, and they did an excellent job cleaning up the debris all around the house before they left. I am very pleased and will be hiring them again for siding next spring!"

"What a welcome surprise to find a company that actually values quality & customer service!! This was the best possible experience we could have imagined! Not only did Mike show up on time to examine our roof for any storm damage, but he also came back to meet with the insurance adjusters to explain his findings & answer their questions. Chuck put together a fair & competitive contract that met the insurance guidelines. Once the contract was signed, Mike was here everyday to supervise the project. The roofers showed up on time, every day, working a 10-12 hour day to make sure any shingles removed were completely replaced before they left for the day to avoid any exposure to the elements of an unprotected roof. Chuck was in constant communication with me via phone or text to answer any questions & keep me apprised of the progress. Photos of the progress were sent at the end of each day. We had a surprise yellow jacket infestation in our eaves but the roofers continued to work on another part of the roof while we called in an exterminator. The gutter & downspout installers also showed up on time & completed our project as promised. Chuck & Mike work very well together & run a very professional company. I found them through previous reviews on this site & certainly appreciated those who took the time to submit their experience & reviews of the service they received from this company. Chuck told me I would not be disappointed & he was right. M Construction not only met my expectations, they exceeded them with their excellent customer service, quality construction, timely communication & willingness to go above & beyond to exceed my expectations. As a perfectionist, who values quality, honesty & excellent customer service, I can highly recommend them for your roofing project."

"Home Genius were punctual, professional, and concise! Jose, the project manager, took care of and answered all my questions or concerns I had about the roof replacement. Jose called the day before with all the details of the job and made sure that I was comfortable with everything that was discussed in the contract. After the job was done, Jose was very quick and communicative with closing out the job and showing me, in detail, how the roof looked and what they installed! I did not feel stressed mainly because Jose was on top of everything that was going on and I really appreciate that. And the clean up job from the crew?? Fantastic job! So great!!"

"They did a great job of leveling the flat roof, and integrating it with cedar shakes. We needed the work done soon, and they were on it as soon as the weather broke. I am delighted!"
