He was able to fit us into his schedule the very next week. The second day of popcorn removal we asked him for a quote to go ahead and paint those same rooms. Without hesitation he reached out and gave us a price and after confirming, his team started prep for that project the exact same day. We went from agreeable gray to Greek villa and we love it! "I originally scheduled the appointment with home advisor, and no one showed up to the appointment or called. When I left a message, Abraham responded and told me that he was not notified of the appointment. He came out later that day scoped the project and gave me a price. This was for cracks in the drywall to be repaired. He asked if I was going to paint it, and I said yes that I could paint it. When he and his helper came out, they did the work quickly, but did not wear masks, did not even put down a drop cloth downstairs, got mud all over my backpack and ceiling fan. When he was leaving, he said that I would need to sand all the mud myself before painting, which was the first I had heard of, or give him an extra $50 and he would do it. I decided to just deal with it myself from there on out. Certainly not the worst, but he did not overly impress me either. I would rate the work as Average."

"During the course of the estimate & the work, all went fine. It wasn't until the weeks & months afterward that I noticed mistakes made by the crew that did the work; e.g., paint mistakenly applied in places (frames), paint spilled in some places (carpeting by closet), and -- most disappointing to me -- the seams in ceilings that were to have been mudded, smoothed and painted have, over time, become more and more visible. I don't know if the quality of the mud was such that it shrank over time, or what, but the ceiling areas that were to have been smoothed now have very visible seams. Part of the fault was mine in not doing a more careful check during the walk-through with the painting crew when they finished, so that I didn't notice many of these issues until later on. Credit goes to the owner, who offered to come to see the job afterwards, and I said he needn't bother; that said, the ceiling seams didn't show this bad until some months later."
