"Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be going back to him for future work. "

Installed a FENCE UNEVENLY and blamed it on the ground. NO restitution 3. Didn’t finish placing ARTIFICIAL GRASS. Paid in full. NO restitution. 4. A GARAGE DOOR installed incorrectly never corrected. paid in full. NO restitution 5. His workers broke things. NO restitution. Those were the big jobs. Plenty of indoor small jobs have simply FALLEN APART. I’m a patient and empathetic person when I see how hard people work and especially in the summer heat. "I had them to redo my whole roof 1.5 year ago and I found a piece of shingle fell off recently. I contacted the owner and they stood behind their work and promise. He quickly scheduled a follow-up and sent his team to fix it in a short period of time. In these days you can easily find any contractors do the work and work away with your money. However once the job is done, you will never see them again when there are any issues. This will not happen to Hi Tech Contracting as they are professional, responsible and trustworthy. Their work looked very good on every driveway that i saw. I contacted the business and response time was very good. I spoke w Lou and he was upfront, honest and very nice. We discussed work that needed to be done- sealcoating and crack fills. We were able to negotiate the quote. I admit the quote was not the lowest of the three bids I received from companies BUT Lou seemed the most upfront of what we could expect.
