"Excellent from start to finish. Quick turn around time from when the contact was made to arrange for the work and when to job was finished. Rudy, arrived on time and texted me that he was on his way. He is very professional. He knows windows. I cant believe how good my windows look, including removing some silicone . I can only say the truth, he is great. I already have my neighbors taking his card to schedule an appointment. Thank you Rudy."

"Excellent job by Edfor cleaning out the dryer vent. He was prompt, friendly and very reasonable. Will be calling Ed for for a/c duct cleaning and more vent cleanings. Highly Recommend"

"The 2 workers went above and beyond. Made a badly stained and mildewed awning look brand new. Keith also fixed 2 door screens that had been pushed out by my grandchildren and my dog by accident. I did not ask he just did it. And Mary came back in the house to look into a smudge in a window that I look out of all the time. No attitude, just happy to take care of it. Very pleasant to have around. Had no qualms over having them in my house. Ron, you have a great crew."

"Beautiful professional job. Could not be more pleased with the work. Ducts and dryer vent were filthy and have been wonderfully cleaned. I wholeheartedly recommend this business and will use ongoing."

"I've been in this house over 46 years and my home was in great need of a proper cleaning. Shelly and her crew were the best choice for what I needed. Her team was fantastic! Ready for the Holidays! I plan to sell this home in the spring and I'm hoping the Dakin Spotless Cleaning team will assist me in presenting a very marketable property. They are just terrific!"
