"The roof above our laundromat contained a long row of dryer exhaust penetrations, several plumbing vents, and an older make-up air unit. Lint accumulated around the exhaust area, and the existing membrane had become discolored and brittle near several of the hottest penetrations. Water entered around two exhaust curbs during heavy rain, but the number of overlapping patches made it difficult to identify one clean repair area.
