While they were removing an outdated border print running through the living/dining rooms, Anthony mentioned that he also does crown moldings and we accepted his very reasonable bid. The gleaming white moldings set off the new soft gray paint and absolutely transform our home. This was our second painting experience with Steadfast. We hired them a few years ago to paint the entire exterior of our house - which included some extensive prep work. They were incredibly swift, and the end result was (and continues to be) fantastic. He power washed old stain off, fixed and repaired bad and rotten wood, re-stained the desk. "Dolce's crew is very prompt and neat. Two men came in the morning as scheduled and put down tarps on the floor and hung plastic protective sheeting over all appliances, counter and sink.

One of the crew scraped the paint damaged on a soffit because of water leaked from an air conditioner in a closet from the apartment above. After scraping paint he cut drywall to match the opening left in the wall by the removal of a previously installed electric clock. The drywall patch was set in place, dried with an electric blower, then painted. He continued painting all of the trim and corners of the room.
The other member of the crew selected the paint and prepared the pans of paint for application by roller to the ceiling and then the walls. The work was efficient and quiet and quick. The job was completed in about three and a quarter hours. All materials and waste were collected and returned to the company truck or the garbage bins.

I was very pleased with this company. The invoice was done professionally and sent to me by email attachment as I preferred. These are craftsmen and I would definitely recommend them to others and will have them work for us again.

Seriously, normally you would need 5 different companies just to do these things, but this small company is so helpful in just making sure clients are comfortable So they ended up doing A LOT for me, especially since there's so much to do for a new apartment , which I greatly appreciate. The installation of cabinets and closets for example was exactly where I wanted them to be! Then, each invoice was line itemed so it's easy to understand what everything cost.
