"Excellent!! My sad 1914 home with 100 windows was transformed to a beautiful cottage by AFD painting. Al Drew came to Handford after many years of painting “Boston”. He knew exactly how to accentuate the charm and unique features of the home. AFD is highly professional and was easy to work with. Never did he wash out his tools in the lawn, flower beds or gutters as other companies have done. His is very such a fine painter and a genuinely wonderful person. Thank you Al you’re the best. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Great work! This company is very professional and honest. Ezra was the person that came over and did the inspection. We originally wanted to know if our house have any issue or problem with energy. His report was given after he did a 3 hours inspection thru the entire house and his workers covered any opening that can cause any problem. After the workers completed the
covering, He then ran a test with a special machine and took some screenshots of before and after. All the images were included in the report that cover everything. At the end of the report we were able to determine the problem in which it was not the big and Ezra gave us the option to fix it as well under a separate estimate.

"Joshua is really thorough and professional.  He stuck to his start time and gave approximate end times that he delivered.  His quote was accurate.   He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do.
We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.  
The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew.  
The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.  He had to cut back an archway and then replace some tile.
I have no hesitation recommending him or using him in the future.
