"They did great. There were no extra charges. The bugs went away, but they didn't stay away. They haven't called or asked if I wanted another treatment. They sent somebody out but the machine was broke. So, he did the inside but couldn't do the outside. They knew when I scheduled that I had asked for inside and outside. So they should have called and said something. They had to come back two weeks later once the machine was fixed. They were on time. They were professional."
