He called me when he got into the driveway of my home. He looked at the Old Attic ladder & Door that needed replacing. Quoted me a very reasonable price. He said I can replace it for you now. I said great ?. He left and went to the store to buy the replacement ladder and picked up a helper. The job was completed in 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with his work. His helper Lacretia Edwards was also a great helper. They got the job done with no problems. Very professional and I would recommend HANDYMAN SERVICES, Mr. Joe Nichols to anyone needing repairs done. "I asked for a quote though this site. Louis Mechanical Contractors called the same day and listened while I explained the problem. They scheduled for next day. The guy called to let me know he's on way. He showed up on time and it took him an hour to find out what's wrong and fixed the problem. The only thing that bother me is the service bill is a bit pricey but worth it. A week later, I received a thank you card from them. That is definitely cool because no other business ever do that before. Awesome service! :)"

"I think I paid an hourly rate like $125 per hour. He came out pretty promptly and fixed the leak. The water was leaking, coming from the house underground. We had already dug it out and found out where it was, as opposed to having them come, hunt for it from the house to the street. We had already found the leak, but my husband was hesitant to repair it, saying "if I don't do it exactly right, we'll still have to call them anyway". So, I said, "just call them," So he came out, and within 15 to 20 minutes he was done because we already did all the harder work."

"It went pretty good with D & A Energy Solutions. I was pleased with it but they couldn't really do totally what I wanted done but it wasn't their fault, it was just the house, they couldn't get under it because the house was too close to the house. It took a little while but it was the weather so they can't put that stuff in there I think below 50 degrees. The first weekend they tried to do it but it took them a couple of times out to get it done but that really wasn't their fault. I thought the price was fair. I hadn't really shop with other people but I'm okay with the price. As far as I know, the quality is pretty good but I haven't gone underneath. I'd recommend them."

"Fabulous.  He added batting around the a/c heater where needed, put batting in the attic access door, and added blown-in insulation to entire attic (it's getting cold outside now!).  Gary was very neat - he put down tarps to protect our new wood floors.  Whole job took just under an hour.  Highly recommend him! <br />"
