Major repairs was done on the boards that was done in 2011, and some was not installed properly, he came back to fix the boards up he was able to re-fixed the boards properly. He was able to provide additional works for me, thoughtful and considered my needs. One concern I had with the work was that things were not plumb and squared."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. "I broke a water line and this flooded a bathroom, bedroom, hallway, and a part of my kitchen. The water restoration began the same day of the water leak. Total time for water restoration was about 6 days. Mold testing and restoration was the next step. This took about 14 days, including the restoration of the mold. Main time delay was sending the test to Texas for analysis. Final step was the reconstruction. This did not begin until about 40 days after the mold restoration was completed. I do not hold Integrity Restoration responsible for this long delay. This was an insurance claim, thus by the time all parties reached an agreement it simply took time. Accolades for Max at Integrity for taking care of all the insurance on my behalf. Glen, the owner told me on the day we met they would take care of everything and they did! He also made sure I knew this process would take 3-4 months because insurance companies can work slowly. In my case this was true. Overall I am very happy with the service I was provided. The staff at Integrity were very quick to answer my questions and clarify my concerns."
