"I would highly recommend American Quality Restoration LLC to anyone that has Water/Mold Damage!! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Responded quickly and are a very reasonably priced company. I will definitely use them again if I have any issues!"

"After our mother passed away the damage we found in her home from mold and trash was extensive. We had no idea what to expect when we called asking for hep but after meeting the owner and staff a plan of action was discussed in detail with us so that we understood every step of the way what to expect. From beginning to end every detail of the job was handled with care and support from the staff and Management at PuroClean! Fast and friendly a whole crew of workers arrived the next morning and helped us clean out our mothers’ home and begin treating the mold damage. Some companies may just arrive at your home to do the job but PuroClean actually cared about us as people and not just another job!!"

"Service Technician (James Knoll) arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional.  He took the time to insure that the instillation was accomplished in a professional manner and to insure that the house water supply was safe and that the instillation successfully removed all contaminates.  He thoroughly explained the system and discussed maintenance and by-pass procedures should any issues develop.

"He did a beautiful job, I paid for the materials, and he did a good job with the repairs. Major repairs was done on the boards that was done in 2011, and some was not installed properly, he came back to fix the boards up he was able to re-fixed the boards properly. He was able to provide additional works for me, thoughtful and considered my needs. One concern I had with the work was that things were not plumb and squared."

"It went very well. I am pleased and relieved that the roof was properly fixed before water damage ruined my ceiling. I'd hire them again."

"Everything went well.  Our carpets are a light color which usually makes cleaning them difficult, but the technician did an excellent job."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"I broke a water line and this flooded a bathroom, bedroom, hallway, and a part of my kitchen. The water restoration began the same day of the water leak. Total time for water restoration was about 6 days. Mold testing and restoration was the next step. This took about 14 days, including the restoration of the mold. Main time delay was sending the test to Texas for analysis. Final step was the reconstruction. This did not begin until about 40 days after the mold restoration was completed. I do not hold Integrity Restoration responsible for this long delay. This was an insurance claim, thus by the time all parties reached an agreement it simply took time. Accolades for Max at Integrity for taking care of all the insurance on my behalf. Glen, the owner told me on the day we met they would take care of everything and they did! He also made sure I knew this process would take 3-4 months because insurance companies can work slowly. In my case this was true. Overall I am very happy with the service I was provided. The staff at Integrity were very quick to answer my questions and clarify my concerns."

"The service was excellent. I had found AAA Construction on Angie's list in April 2014 and used their service to repair /patch the tile roofing and flat roofing and rotten overhangs on my house. That's when I first met Dustin Anderson the contractor, he was very up front with me. He said patching the roof then was not the solution...I needed a new roof. He was very right, but I was not ready to replace the ill placed roof since Hurricane Andrew...new roof is not cheap. My eyes opened up after June 13th bad rain storm. I ended up with a different part of the roof leaking down to an internal wall...big problem. The saving grace was that I had already met Dustin and was happy with the work they had done before. I called him for a new roof estimate...did not want to but had to. Dustin was very business-like and honest with me...in fact I felt very blessed. He gave me credit amount from the first repair towards the new roof...he did not have to do that. I also got the Angie's discount. He also had my internal wall repaired, and most off all Dustin got his worker Thomas to bring my 11 windows and 2 sliding doors up to county code so that I could finally close a 1994 open permit left by another contractor...and without charging me more money. I give Dustin an A+ for all aspects of our encounter. Very business-like, look you in the eye while talking to you ( very important), kept me up to date, and corrected anything that needed it, and worked with me...and I have a beautiful new roof. I would continue to use their service when needed. Thank you Dustin keep up the good work, I will tell everyone.

Want to say thanks again to AAA Construction for the work done by Thomas, and yes off course there was payment made, he did work."

"My grout was professionally cleaned and expertly sealed by The Grout Medic. I was shocked at the way the floor looked when the job was complete. I would highly recommend The Grout Medic for your next tile job, Steve and his crew did not disappoint. Great job!"
