"Dwayne wright was here the first day quickly and handled everything that needed to be done. He was in contact with me constantly through the 5 day ordeal to help as much as he could. The second day that the fans were here they were blowing breakers so Dwayne came and switched all the fans out for lower amperage units which solved the problem. All the technicians that came to the house were very professional and helpful but Dwayne stood out and I couldn't be happier with the service because of him. "What a great crew! They really helped us after Hurricane Ian! We had a national brand who had done some initial clean up for us but who couldn’t do the mold remediation work. When THIS team engaged, they also identified things the initial vendor didn’t do correctly or should’ve done differently, and they resolved those problems … including discovering mold BEHIND our shower because it was originally tiled over drywall vs cement board!! We wouldn’t have found that until it rotted out. They crew was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We gave them our keys to come and go as they needed. We felt they treated our home with care and they did a really good job. The house is dry, mold-free, mildew-free, no smells, all the studs were treated, and we are now ready to drywall and put in flooring. Thank you to this amazing crew!
