We received an estimate from the owner on day one and Ray worked with us as we adjusted plans and helped to keep our costs as low as possible. Before signing the contract, Ray covered everything in detail and answered all our questions. Ray introduced the project manager and stopped by often to check on the status. During significant periods (like pouring the concrete slab) Ray was on-site working right along with his team. And what a great team. Very professional and experienced. They really know what they are doing and finished the addition ahead of schedule. The final few adjustments were completed by Chuck (obsessed with attention to detail) and my wife is very happy. When the County Inspector is impressed with the quality of construction, you know you chose the right company.
