We paid over $73,000 off the jump and his service fees are absolutely unreasonable as seen on his google reviews but this review is not meant for his employees. The owner Mark Schnieder is the most unprofessional businessman I have ever witnessed. He treats my mother like garbage. We have been requesting service for 3 years he hasn't been here once he won’t come out unless he gets to verbally abuse my mother over the phone. His tone is different with me but I guess he thinks he can sneak in his vile disgusting conduct with a woman. He told us we would have a 20 year warranty on the batteries and was a couple years late in telling us the warranty was void after less than five. My mom says contracting him was the biggest mistake of her life. I think your treatment of us was the biggest mistake of yours Mr. Schneider."
