"I highly recommend Dan Boney?s Landscape Maintenance. He is very knowledgeable about plants, irrigation, design, and much, much more. I recently had him do a front yard makeover at my house. I had lots of ideas and Dan helped with the design, plant type and plant placement. The communication was and is great. I can always reach him by phone or text. I liked Dan?s work so much that I hired him for the weekly maintenance of my yard - regular mow/blow, weeding, fertilizing, reprogramming/adjusting the sprinklers for the season, etc.

I wish I could post a picture of my front yard. I LOVE IT!!! When I purchased my house the yard was a sad mess. My yard went from the worst on the street to the BEST on the street. The best compliment was from one of my neighbors while Dan was mowing. They asked him why he was mowing fake grass! I still continually receive compliments about my yard from my neighbors and strangers walking by.

I?ve enjoyed working with Dan so much that we are now starting to work on a complete makeover for my back yard."

"He did a very good job. He probably in the beginning regret the fact that he over height all that he could do at the price that he was offering because at the end I could tell he was kind of like, "You can't ask me to do anything more". But it was all his doing. At the end, he was starting to say, "Well, I can't do all those stuff". Everything that he did do, he did very well. The only problem that I have there is that he brought all the artificial grass with him when I first met him. He was saying they're all American made, we'll get them all very quickly whichever one you pick. But, the one I picked, he said that the supplier that he was going to get the grass from had a role, but it just didn't fit my backyard because it was too small. He said I had to wait a long time because it ends up coming from China. So, I had to wait several weeks to actually put in."

"Dan and crew began on 9/15/2014. After day 1, all the existing concrete, plants, shrubs and trees were gone. The worksite was approximately 1/4 acre. I was amazed and impressed of the speed. Day 2 through 5, they started grading and trenching the property. The soil/ground was hard as the concrete! After the second week, Dan helped us planted two matured (30 ft tall and wide) olive trees. I am grateful for Dan's foresight. He strongly suggested that I needed to plant the olive trees way before the forming and pouring of the concrete. If not, it would have been a very costly proposition (i.e. hiring a crane operator to lift one olive tree to the backyard...about 80 ft from the curb and over the roof). Also week two was preparing for the footing of the planter boxes and flagstone inlays. Lots of rebars. Week 3, pouring approximately 10 yds of concrete for the footings. During week 3 & 4, the crew was placing and grouting the flagstone in place. Week 5, preparing the driveway, walkways, pads and planter boxes by grading and rebar prior to the concrete pour. Week 6, the day of the pour, Dan had approximately 14 crew for the concrete pour. Approximately 30 yds of concrete! Amazing to watch each person was in concert with another. Each person had a specific task. This is where the difference between the pros vs. amateurs. Dan and his crew are definitely the pros. Our concrete finish called for exposed aggregates. The process is labor intensive. First pour the concrete. Hand thrown and seated the pebbles onto the concrete surfaces. After the concrete harden, spray the retardant to stop the chemical reaction so the pebble can be exposed by pressure washing the cement away. It was a three-day effort due to the size of the hardscape. Dan and his crew did a fantastic job. The concrete work came out perfect! I'm glad we spent the extra money for this exposed finish. Through week 6 was installing new irrigation system for the trees, shrubs and plants. Week 7 was planting trees, shrubs and lawn and installing new fences. Week 8 was installing the new electrical outlets and final details.

Dan and his crew are professional and courteous. The crew started on time everyday at 7 am. Everything was orderly placed at the end of each working day. The crew cleaned up the worksite end of each day. I am fortunate to find Dan for this project. He and his crew - top notch, no game, no excuses. I highly recommend Priceless Services for your landscaping project. Dan is very reasonably priced for the exceptional quality of work and value. I promise you, you will not be disappointed."

"I use them all the time. He is very personable. I think that his prices are very fair considering what I've heard around town about other places. He is always there when he says he is going to be there. I think he is very reasonable and I think he would be a good fit for you."

"Robin and her entire team were friendly, quick to reply, and professional. She provided a quote within 24 hours, and I was able to book the work a few days later. Robin kept me up to date on the timing of when the crews would arrive and what work would be done. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They cut down two large oversized Mexican Fan palms, two cypress trees, and a macadamia nut tree. They were quick, professional, and did an incredible job cleaning up our yard and the neighbors. Eric was the foreman on our job, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the work they did. To quote my husband, “They were amazing.” I won’t hesitate to call them again if I need work in the future and will recommend them to anyone needing to get a job done."

"I spent a few days researching landscaping companies and had a few out to provide a bid. Cesar Calderon was competitively priced and the most responsive. I knew I was going with Calderon's after meeting Cesar and going over the project. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional. After signing the contract he had his guy out the next day to spray the crab grass that was covering our lawn. After the crab grass was dead, one week later, he had a crew of six going to town on our yard. They took up the existing lawn, installed a rainbird irrigation system with 5 zones, roto tilled the existing soil, put down new soil, leveled the ground and installed new sod. The entire installation part of the project took less than 3 days. It looks amazing! I've had two neighbors knock on my door asking for Calderon's contact info. I absolutely recommend Cesar Calderon for any landscaping project."
