They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "Pros: he was on time, easy to schedule, and was able to install new dimmer switches, which are working well! But he didn't read the packages for compatibility, ended up swapping the units and had to swap them back after puzzling for 30 min to get the full setup. It ended up costing 2 hrs for what probably should have been a 40 min job. Also, after he left I noticed the walls around the switches were scuffed up and it took a few min with a magic eraser to clean up."
