"We used Your Way Contractors to gut renovate a finished attic space that was in bad shape. Gene and his team were fantastic to work with. Gene and his son were incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I had been using this room as my home office and the temperature would drop down 45 in the winter and go up to a stifling 85 in the summer. I am happy to say it is the toastiest room in the house on cold days. We are thrilled with how the room turned out. We will use Your Way Contractors on future home renovation projects. We highly recommend them."

"As parents and owners of a restaurant, the thought of updating our home has always quickly become an afterthought. After years of putting it on the back burner we found a short window of time after summer and before the holidays. George and his crew started with demolition and removal. We knew that we were in good shape after the first day of work. The crew moved quickly and orderly. This is something that we immediately recognize in our business. They were also courteous and very neat, clean and organized. Working with George was very easy and everything moved at a great pace. We installed a new kitchen, new flooring and sheet rock throughout the main floor. Custom paint and trim work. We also did a master bath with tiles. The sheet rock is seamless, the floors are perfect, and the tile job and paint job all impeccable. The lines are neat and it looks beautiful. We were able to do this work in a very short time frame which was the only way that was possible for us to do. Our home has been brought back to life and we are so pleased with the work. It was great to work with Picasso, and we highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a contractor. George was very professional, trustworthy and kind. We got everything that we had asked for in a quick turn around time."

"Excellent workmanship. Owner was pleasant and willing to please. Am happy with job."

"Amazingly! I could not recommend Leo & his crew highly enough. I've had some very bad experiences in the past with contractors, and especially as a young woman it can be difficult to be taken seriously or to be treated respectfully. Leo was the height of professionalism- he came in within budget and within deadline. He listened to what I wanted to do and would give me options of how that could be done, and occasionally added his own suggestions which were always good ideas I'd not considered. He was clear about what was achievable, what would cost more, and what obstacles may come up, including where things would depend on the existing structure of the apartment and were not quite foreseeable. He was willing to work with me with the custom fixture orders I placed, and was there to accept deliveries of materials during the time of construction. The quality of his work is also extremely high. He remodeled the entirety of my bathroom as well as some other jobs (mainly refinishing the floor & repainting) , and all of his craftsmanship has held up extremely well. It's been almost a year since he completed the work, and everybody always comments on how beautiful they find my bathroom. There have been no issues with anything he's installed for me. He's always prompt to reply, and his crew was always very kind and courteous. I've recommended him multiple times to friends already, and I urge you to reach out to him for a quote. I couldn't be more happy with the work he did for me."

"112 Home Improvement was recommended to me by my cousin.  They had remodeled his home and he was very happy.   We called John about a year before we wanted to begin.  We didn't even know exactly what we wanted.  He offered to come out and help us plan this project.  Once we figured out what we wanted to do John brought out his architect (Tom) and we started the process.  Plans, permits, surveys, variances the list is endless.  I am glad we did this well ahead of time.  Finally 9 months later (thanks town of brookhaven) we had everything needed to begin.  The work began in March and continued through June.  Everything went as good as can be expected.  There were some problems here and there but nothing that we were not prepared for.  In the end our home is beautiful.  We extended and remodeled our kitchen and created a great room, finished our basement, added a master bathroom, replaced our roof and our siding as well as added a deck.  My family and I could not be happier.  We absolutely love our home.  Thank you John and company!!"
