"Before hiring Cleaning Angels in 2010, Jennifer visited my home for a walk-thru and to learn what level of cleaning would be required. I have been using their services for 9.5 years, and was obviously very happy with them, being a long-term client. There was always a one-hour window provided for arrival time, and for the most part was as expected, and only varied slightly if/when new cleaners were assigned when necessary. And Jennifer was also very flexible whenever I needed to reschedule. They ask whether to leave screens or storms down. Those who come inside the house remove their shoes without being asked.
