They're not cheap, but you get about 5 or 6 workers with big equipment. For what they do, they're worth the money. They took away all the mess. I contacted Preventative and they set up a time for two days from the date I called. They told me the time the pest control specialist, Michael Lujan, would arrive and how much it would cost. It was a reasonable price. The specialist showed up at the designated time, explained to me what he would be doing and then went about spraying. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The specialist sprayed for almost a hour or so (he even put a small, clear container near the sink which would take care of any ants. I paid the bill that had been quoted to me earlier, and he went to his next job. So far, so good. I haven’t seen anything inside and only have seen a couple dead roaches outside on the back porch. I will hire again."

"It was a lot of money. It was expensive. But, we had another man come out and give us an estimate. He was going to be more expensive for what we wanted done. We had another man coming out. He was the cheapest of all but he didn't have the bucket truck which we felt we needed to go up high into the trees and cut the trees. So he was not going to be able to do what we needed to do. So we went with the cheaper of the two that could do what we wanted to do. He gave us a price for each step as we went along. He also cut the trees that were growing over the house. Everything was wood chipped. They ended up as little tiny pieces. They hauled everything away. Tree trunks that were too big to be put in the wood chipper were all cut up into removable logs and they hauled everything away. Because the big trees were growing all over the house he had to sub-contract a crane to come in. A big steel cable was tied around the tree trunks so that they would not fall on the house as he cut them with a chain saw. He had that for several hours. He paid for that out of the money we paid him. That man with that crane was not cheap. I don't know how much he paid. Terry is very careful. He is very good at what he does. He is an easy person to work with. He is friendly and he is competent at what he does. You can talk over what you want done. He will give you advises on what he thinks needs to be done or what he would do. We were very pleased with his work. We had him, his son and two or three people out here for approximately 40 hours worth of work."
