We specialize and excel at improving and beautifying your garage floors. Whether it is residential or commercial, we apply your floor with marine grade epoxy, granite looking flake and clear coating. It looks professional and can be done in standard or fun colors. We can even put a logo, college motto, your company, family crest etc. in the floor paint. It will not come up and won't get stained or have problems with car oil and can be easily swept or hosed off. Very clean finish and beautiful. "We had a simple plat process where we split one property into 2. We relied on A-1 to provide the service. Not only did it take 24 months to complete (yes you read that correctly), but we had to hound the team to get it done. Some of the delays were basic. Hays County had a checklist of requirements for electronic files, it took multiple rounds to get these corrected and added to the delay. That delay, because of price inflation, has cost me more than $12,000 in additional costs for septic components. Would not recommend, not even to my ex-wife."

At this time we have two employees, which include our office manager. We do most of the work ourselves. As a Contractor subs are needed at times in different areas. We provide free estimates on work, and provide a written proposal. We do work time and materials, $75.00 service call, then $70.00 an hour for the lead person, $35.00 an hour for any additional people. In the event of emergency calls in the evening or on weekends we charge a $150 service call and $100 a hour for labor.

I was told I needed to continue to treat the area with kitty litter. No soap or degreaser was used on spots. When I asked for sidewalks to be done, I was told they don't do that because neighbors might complain about the difference in the appearance of the sidewalk in front of their house vs. the sidewalk in front of my house."
