We needed the exterior of our house to be painted and the job was done in 2 days if you count the power washing of the home prior to the house being painted. Peter the owner came out and did the estimate. Our house was painted about a week or so after we agreed to his terms. There were no misunderstandings or hassle, the crew that Peter said would come out came to our home and painted our house just as he said. And it's been almost a year and the paint hasn't faded so you know he uses great paint. The house looked great and Victor made sure it was cleaned up and there was no trash left anywhere. "House looks beautiful, however, side electrical panel began to peel within one month and several sprinklers were broken during the painting. I did not contact the company back, fixed sprinklers myself and scraped and painted electrical panel myself. All in all satisfied with the job.

"I have used G&S in the past to paint the interior of my house.  And just like the first time, they did a great job with this second project.  We used them to stain a wood entertainment center we had built into our house.  They were prompt in coming in for the estimate and finished the job within hours.  Quality is great and their price was very reasonable.  We plan on using them to stain our kitchen cabinets in the near future.  We are highly satisfied with their work. "

"I contacted Miguel for the bid and he arrived prompt and professional. We discussed what I wanted and a detailed estimate was given. The job commenced a few days later as scheduals permitted. Two finishes were used, one for the walls and the other for the wood trim. Each day he and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. Miguel removed and replaced window coverings (blinds and custom valances). Everything that was not to be painted was covered and covers secured. I requested that he leave all the switch and electrical plates off so I could give them a good thorough cleaning before replacing them so as not to leave any smudges on the new paint. The job took 16 hours over two days and when he and his crew left they took all debris. I was also replacing the carpet and floors and had that scheduled a couple of days after the paint. So I could have been a little less concerned about over spray or spills (if any). The walk through went well with nothing unexpected. I feel very confident that if any negitive issues had come up Miguel and I would have worked well with each other to remedy the situation. I have numerous houses and will not hesitate to use the services of Miguel Gancedo Again. I will also have no problem recommending him."
