"Told me these type of light fixtures are a bit funky. That the fixture was installed correctly, but sometimes the connections in the fixture are problematic. He then said that the cause might be the wall switch. He said he would replace it for $75. While he was outside in his truck, I bent the fixture a little bit and it solved the problem. We told him we did not need a new wall switch and gave him $20 for coming to our house. <br />"

"Rafael is great. We've been using his services since we moved into our house in April 2016 after seeing his crew working our neighbor's house. He and his crew do a great job taking care of our small lawn (grass patch) and larger yard. We have several large trees that drop seeds, flowers, and thorns. They take a blower to the yard and keep the grass and bushes trimmed. Manage the irrigation system. Rafael is easy to talk to and always available for questions. We have quite a few projects around the yard in addition to the maintenance. He is quick with a quote, offers great value and is fine with our timelines. Sometimes we jump on it, sometimes we may take a month or two to manage expenses. No problem for him. HIs crew is always professional and friendly. "Electrician followed troubleshooting logic by checking power at the main electrical service panel, tightening up any loose wires. Then he followed switch logic and proved that power at switching was perfect. Then he moved to switch leg and found 2 ceiling can light fixtures with faulty factory connectors. He replaced connectors in 7 cans and restored power. Repair required entry into the attic space and took about 4 1/2 hours. All lights now operating properly. Electrician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous taking time to explain his work."
