"Fantastic! Dusty provided an itemized explanation of everything that would be involved with the replacement, and explained so that I completely understood it. I had the tremendous satisfaction of actually understanding all that would happen, and understanding the cost estimate as well. At first I had considerable confusion about my insurance claim too, and Dusty helped me understand the way the process works at insurance companies, and why and how they come to their conclusions. HIs ERE crew was fast and efficient, and did a beautiful job -- in fact, they even fixed design problems that were causing my former roof to collect moisture and fail to ventilate properly. A few days after the roof replacement, I had a question about my TV antenna and Dusty came out IMMEDIATELY to go on the roof and check it out. Though he's not an antenna guy he helped to discover the problem so it got fixed too. I could not be happier with the experience. "My wife and I were greatly impressed with the sevices provided. Dustin was the assigned project manager. He was with us from the beginning to the end. He responded to any questions or concerns promptly. He provided the estimate for the work performed and suggested areas of concern that would require eventual repair. He inspected the roof and provided pictures of the roof to explain what needed to be addressed. The work crew went right to work on the date that Dustin stated they would. They were very profesional and worked hard throughout the day. Upon completion of the job, the crew cleaned up the entire yard and returned patio furniture back to their original positions. The day after the installation, a company representative returned with a rolling magnet to retrieve any roofing nails that might have been missed during the prior day. He again policed the area for any other roofing materials."

"Excellent experience from initial contact by the sales/estimator representative to final clean-up. Product was delivered on schedule and put in place on the roof quickly. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up."
