"Paid over $2600 for some plants out front to help reduce erosion. I am not a landscaper, but I the area didnt appear to have great soil there and a cheaper quote from another landscaper included a full layer of soil that met the city standards. I asked this landscaper about if soil would be added and they said they would add sufficient soil needed for the planting. However the next day after checking, there was minimal soil added, and some plants weren't even planted properly and were just sitting in a small hole. They put a thin layer of wood chips around the plants, which looked nice, but hid the fact sufficient soil was added. Some plants were already wilting when I checked the day after they were planted and despite watering daily and going through a good season of rain, most of the plants continued to die. I have reached out several times about recommendations and any remediation, and have gotten no responses. Poor planning and workmanship and zero accountability for their work."

There are large sections of my lawn where the grass is now completely gone as the result of improperly applying fertilizer and burning the grass. Before TruGreen my lawn was healthy and pothole free. I am also now dealing with a mosquito infestation. This after 7 treatments from TruGreen during 2022. Again, I never had this issue with my previous lawn care service. Avoid at all costs if you value your lawn."
