The crew that did the installation did a phenomenal job. I was worried about tearing up the grass, but they were so clean you could hardly tell they did any work at all. The tech that came to show us how to use the app and do a check of the system was also very professional. He checked the entire system and made minor adjustments to ensure the sprinklers were hitting every spot of our yard, including repacking one sprinkler head that was a little off. I highly recommend hydro-tech."

They didn't charge me anything it was just an estimate. they came out and looked at the property and told me what I needed. Apparently I had several moles and hard to get rid of. Initial treatment was fine about $110 he was going to lay some traps, but what I didn't like it was going to be $89 after that every 45 days for maintenance."

Tom was knowledgeable and quickly determined the cause of the problem, replaced the part and checked to ensure the rest of the system worked. All I had to pay was the $65 per the Choice warranty. "Finally got a call back after leaving a message a week prior. I think they were on vacation. The crew performed the backyard cleanup (overgrowth of vegetation) and did a good job....but my parents discovered that the TV antenna cable had been cut. Bailey's said they would fix it but never did and that the cable was hidden by all the overgrowth and it was just collateral damage. I think more care should have been taken to avoid cutting any cabling/wiring and more effort made to fix it. Lawn was mowed 3 times and they did a good job with that part."
