About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.

"James and his crew did a fine job replacing some wood vegas that were rotted out. The final product looked good and was much more weather resistant than my previous wood vegas. The wood vegas were painted and caulked and capped with metal to provide long lasting protection. The general stucco repairs around my house and on my walls look great and make my place look a lot better.
