"Jecer was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He is honest and genuinely seeks to provide customer satisfaction. The price provided was extremely competitive. I sought out 6 companies and received 5 quotes. Jecer was not the lowest bid, but provided more expertise and experience than the lowest bid. The job that I had was on the smaller side and was around 250 square feet of paver and retaining wall. The existing vegetation removal, new paver install, and retaining wall install only took 3 days. The quality of work completed, cleanliness of the area during work, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, and overall price provided a value for this project that I doubt could be matched by anyone else I talked with. The crew was very open to discussions about the work and how things would look in the end. In one instance one of the crew installed the wrong pipe for the sprinkler system and as soon as Jecer arrived to inspect the work, he immediately corrected the pipe installation to ensure a longer service life of the paver system. I am very happy that I chose to work with JV lawn. I would absolutely recommend JV lawn for any landscaping and patio/paver project in the future."

"I clearly stated I wanted a contractor who would give me a product I wouldn?t have to tend to. He laid rock and mulch WITHOUT putting a commercial plastic down for weed prevention. He said he would have to charge me $1,000 more. He charged me $8,000.00 to start the job (cash $4,000 down and the rest upon completion. He never came back to put in a drain screen he was throwing in. My job was not very big at all. I will say his guys were sweet. I am 71 disabled female Air Force Vet and my 19 year old granddaughter lives with me. He has stood me up to do a few things for over 2 1/2 weeks. I am constantly weeding and spraying which if he did the job correctly it would have not had happened 2 days after completion. I had another company come by today and took my stump out $200.00. Whereas Hackford wanted to charge me $450 only to level the stump. Hackford had taken advantage of my situation. He also quoted me a smaller area for around $3500.00. Buyer beware - "

"I would highly recommend Palmscapes. They are a company with integrity and high standards for their work. I found Pietro and his team to be professional in every way. They completed a relatively small but important job (50’ x 8’ walkway) at our home in 1 day. The crew showed up at the time committed, were polite, worked in a neat an organized fashion, and were as quiet as a paver contractor could possibly be. There were some design challenges that included roof water management and mitigation of root damage from large trees located nearby. The team were prepared and addressed those challenges quickly and efficiently. The job was completed in one day as promised. The jobsite was left clean and neat with tools, excess materials, and excavation debris removed. They used some of the soil from excavation to fill in and rake the few ruts and divots resulting from the construction. "I recently completed a large pool and deck renovation project with Surfside Pavers. The work involved the setting of more than 2500 square feet of large format 20 mm and 10 mm porcelain tile. The job was quite challenging for a variety of reasons but particularly because of the multiple elevations and the many complicated angles involved. I have to say it was executed to perfection. Surfside’s attention to detail was exemplary. I never saw anyone setting tile without simultaneously verifying their work with a large level. As a result, the tiles were all perfectly aligned with one another and the drainage of the deck was even better than promised. I particularly want to thank Keith Spalding for overseeing the project. He always made time to explain their plans and intentions and patiently answered my many questions.
