Dimitri also took before and after pictures of roof and explained to me where the leaks were coming from and not only went out of way to fix the problem but went beyond insure that the flashing and new shingles were installed properly. He also moved my dryer vent that that was previously installed incorrectly and went to Home Depot to get the proper materials for the vent along with calling me at the store to confirm that he was able to get all the materials before coming back. "Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."
