"This was our 2nd job with Eric. It was a complete renovation with demolition down to the studs, removal of a wall and move of door to the guest powder room and move/enlarge the exterior door. John, who did most of the work, was great. It's an old house so of course there were surprises and some decisions couldn't be made until the demo was done.
