"I have had a lot of experience with contractors in the past for work in my house. I must say this was my best experience. The workers were on time each day as is Very important with my work schedule. Protective of non work areas , to and from the bathroom project. They completed the project on time. The work was exceptional. The (owner) contractor was in contact with me during the whole project in person and on the phone anytime I needed."

"He was great, I called on a Friday and he was out to fix it on Monday at 8 AM precisely on time. He did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. He even vacuumed my entire floor and took the garbage out when he finished!"

"After I called, Jose came over to look at the deck the next day and gave his recommendations. He explained that after the power-washing, the deck need to be completely dried before sanding, so rainy days will push out the work. Paint should be applied when the deck is not excessively hot. My deck is exposed to the sun most of the day, so hot sunny days are also bad days for the last part of the job. I appreciate the information ahead of time, so I know what to expect. The job could not start for several weeks because of hurricane weather or days with strong sun. Once we have a stretch of good-weather days, Jose started the job and completed within days. He cleaned up the debris after every visit. The deck was in bad shape and it looks great now, hopefully for many years to come."

"We hired Fabricio to repaint the walls in our bathroom where some significant water damage from a leak in the roof had occurred. He did a great job at a fair price and was a pleasure to work with. Reliable, punctual, and I was always able to get a hold of him by text or phone when coordinating the job. While doing the work, he was an easygoing and courteous presence around the apartment. An easy guy to trust in your home. Would definitely hire again."
