"They started my job and left the next day to start another job. They ended up starting 3 other jobs before completing mine. It ended up taking 9 days to do a 2 day job. I had to keep calling and texting to get them back and finish what they had started, She always had a bunch of excuses of why they needed to go to other location. They ran over and destroyed My shrubbery with there machines and didn't think twice about it . They ground down the stumps and then started chasing the roots with their machine all over my yard. Now my yard looks like a mine field went off and the yard is destroyed. (See pictures ..This was not parts of the work agreement) it is going to cost a small fortune to fix it. They hit the side of my storage building and caused damage. They tried to cover it up with one of their guys forcing the bent piece back in place, When confronted they did admitted it and said that said that one of their tree guys would fix it. I declined their offer after seeing the 1st attempted repair. I had to fix myself. The lead guy calling the shots ( from the top of the trees) on site was contentiously yelling and cussing at the others on the crew. At some points his language would have made a sailor blush. Very, Very unprofessional. I think this could be a Great company if they had a good management team in place. They don't right now. Until they do, RUN"

"Outstanding work! They even picked up extra branches that were not part of the tree removal and tree trim up. Cleaned up all the branches & raked the lawns after the cutting was done. Hauled it all off with them. They more than earned future work for our condo association."

"Workers showed without stump grind, the main tree we needed removed was not touched, our 2 neighboring yards plus ours were left with damage to grass area. Our neighbor and us called for resolution with no responses from owner or workers. Workers took extended breaks sitting around when others were removing waste from yard. Wires were ripped from outside shed causing loss of power and small damage to an outside workshop. Paid in full because work was done and made the mistake of assuming owner would correct damage to yard but sadly no response, find this unprofessional for said reasons will finish yard with another company."

"Phenomenal. this company's machinery has to be THE top of the line. I've never seen anything that grinds stumps as fast or as completely as theirs do. I asked how much that one piece of machinery cost and it is $75,000. Can believe it. The "teeth' on it are $700 to replace. But, It makes mincemeat out of a stump and roots in record time. i doubt there is anyone in the entire area who can do a better job more reasonably, promptly, and correctly."
