"The primary reason I hired the contractor was to clean the furnace ductwork. The vacuum equipment they used left a layer of dust in every room in the house and on every surface including the carpet, bedding etc. I've spent 3 days dusting and vacuuming the carpet after the work. I think Steven and Sons is a very good company if you hire them to repair or replace your furnace, however they don't have the proper equipment for duct cleaning."

"Michael was fantastic. Due to the high winds a gutter had come loose and could have landed on power lines. He realized the urgency and arrived 2 hours later. Special brackets were needed so he removed the gutter and came back 2 days later. Within 2 hours he repaired that one and another that also needed fixing. He is professional, very knowledgeable, explained the process, and extremely efficient. He totally cleaned the area. When he left the only trace of his being here is a repaired gutter system and an extremely happy home owner. I highly recommend Michael and his company "

"Paid a premium for a new HVAC system, and the A/C has had issues every summer since installation. Service calls have been frequent but only resulted in temporary fixes. Most recently, the system failed completely, and despite promises of follow-up and support, the company has been unresponsive and disorganized. Communication is poor, and I?ve been left without A/C during extreme heat. Very disappointed in the lack of reliability and accountability. Would not recommend"
