"We scheduled the job on a certain date and a 2 hour window of time was provided. On the morning of the scheduled date we received a courtesy call advising of the approximate time the service tech would arrived. He arrived on time and promptly got to work. He was courteous, professional and knew his job. Job was completed in a timely manner and we were pleased with the outcome."

"Flor's (and Hermila, the woman who does the cleaning) are AMAZING. Not only do they do a thorough job, they do exactly what I tell them. If I need windows cleaned I just email them before the scheduled cleaning and it gets done. I've had other cleaning services in the past (in another city) that have not done nearly as good of a job and cost more. My place isn't huge, but there's a lot to clean, especially because I have two cats, and they make the place so clean it feels like new. On the first visit I did have one incident where they locked my cats in one of the bedrooms (without a litterbox, food or water) when they left. I called Elliot and let him know that it was unacceptable and couldn't happen again in the future. He was very apologetic and even called back later once he had talked to the cleaners to find out what had happened. He was honest and nothing like that has ever happened again and I couldn't be happier with how he handled the situation. I definitely recommend Flor's and don't think they could do anything better!"
