"Terrible!!!! Would not honor his word and replace 4 Emerald Green Arborvitae trees that died out of 26 planted. Kept saying they will be okay, even when I told him within 2 wks of planting that they were dying. If he had pulled them out within 30 days the nursery would have replaced them. He swore to me that he would replace them if they died, to give them a year. One year later and nothing but excuses. Jeremey Ramsey is NOT honest and does NOT stand behind his work. He spent most of his time parked in my driveway sleeping for up to 3 hrs on one day, setting a great example for his men. The trees all had to be replanted twice because he did the job wrong and was not there to supervise. Some sat out on hot concrete for 2 days waiting to be planted. Probably why they died. He will continually tell you, he **values you as a customer and wants to form a long term relationship.** Do not believe him. He talks a good game. All he wants is your money. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Dr. James D."
