"These jobs were done almost a year ago. The handymen sent was Tyler. Sanding the wood took the longest time - 4 hours almost with breaks for him. The varnish/paint that he suggested did not work out to be even close to the match and even after I called the office, there were no talks on re-doing the job. The 3 way switch - well he couldn't fix it inspite of spending tonnes of time on it. I can accept that not all electrical jobs can be done but then we shouldn't have been charged for a job undone. The sink - he struggled a lot with it and he was here till almost 8 pm! He struggled fitting the pipes etc and for a while there, we thought that, that was one job that was well done. Well, we were wrong. He botched up that as well since the sink leaks every now and then. So now we have to spend money on someone better to fix up a bad job done by him. We would never hire from this company again - especially given that we had to pay for all the jobs not well done at all."

"We recently had Chris regrout our bathroom tiles, and fix the caulking in some areas. He is a real pro. Prompt in communicating, scheduling; very courteous and competent. Once he was done the walls looked like they had been newly tiled. He was also very neat which I greatly appreciated. As he was leaving I requested Chris to take a look at the fraying caulking around our kitchen counter. He quickly fixed it free of charge. Highly recommend him."

It was more than a garage door, it was a line that had been damaged by a fiber optics company that's coming into our neighbor. So, Jason found the problem and repaired it for me. "The home inspection was wonderful. Kathy went through every room and made suggestions for specific changes we could make or for products which would make the room safer. The rest of the process didn't go so well. Kent recommended many products which he could sell to us. He uses Kidco products. I found most of the products cheaper on the internet and at local stores. However, we went ahead and ordered some of the products from him and made arrangements to have them installed due to our own time constraints. The original installer didn't know how to install several gates and a cabinet lock. It took Kent and the installer 4 trips to install everything. One of the gates that was recommended & ordered we decided to change because we didn't want to drill into the wall. When the lazy susan lock was installed the wood was split inside the cabinet. I think Kent knows his products and childproofing very well. However, if you have the time and some handyman abilities it would be much cheaper to do it yourself. The $50 we spent on the initial visit was credited to our final bill. I would highly recommend that part of the service for new parents even if you don't order anything else. Kent did adjust the bill for the problems we had."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"This is the second time I have used Josh. The last time was in 2012 for outdoor painting. He was responsive and came out same week for a quote. He was able to get me on the calendar within 2 weeks. It was a 2 day job. Since he was able to get me scheduled quicker than I expected, he helped me decide on paint color since I had not had time to decide. They were professional, clean, quiet and efficient. The nice thing about Josh is he always goes the extra mile. Offered to patch a wall by my front door that had a gauge in the drywall (2 areas) and did this for free. This was not one of the areas I was painting, but I had leftover paint he could use. He also offered and changed light bulbs out that were on a high fixture that is hard for me to reach. Additionally, he painted all the doors in my master bath/bedroom for free because he commented it was just not going to look right with the freshly painted walls. The doors look fabulous with a nice glossy finish. He was right-they would have looked terrible not done. He patched drywall in the bathroom that was crumbling. Had him patch the ceiling from an old leak that damaged the drywall in my office. The leak was repaired instantly, but I never had the drywall patched and ceiling repainted. Looks great. Also, had another bathroom ceiling painted and small area of ceiling patched where a nickle sized amount fell off that was over a screw. He also offered to caulk and paint the piece of wood over my garage door that was chipping for $75. I had paint left over from 2012 job. Everything looks great! Will hire again!"
