"Jonathan took on this big job for a reasonable price. I've attached before & after pics. What a transformation! They leveled the space, over 1000 square feet. The property sits on a slope by the lake and the ground is very hard and rocky. They had to cut down two huge tree stumps. They removed and moved around a lot of dirt and were even nice enough to haul some over to my neighbor's to help him level his shed. Once the steps and wall were built and the pavers set, they leveled the walkway to the steps, moved my rock garden over to fit the new space, redirected foundation and gutter drainage pipes, laid mulch and cleaned up. I'm so happy with the results. It took longer than expected but some of that was due to weather and I'm happy they didn't try to rush through it. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a friendly and professional manner. The cost I list here does not include the cost of pavers, wall blocks and some sand. "TROSA moved us into the origin house 15 years ago. I got three quotes and selected TROSA again. We did almost all of the packing ourselves. The moving van and a crew of 8, including the supervisor, arrived on time the day of the move. After a walk through with the whole crew, the supervisor met with the crew to go over the job. The crew was unfailingly polite, professional, and respectful of our things. They worked quickly but carefully and effectively. Some members were literally running up the driveway racing to get the next boxes to carry to the van (and this was a late July day). We had some pieces of furniture that we wanted to donate. These items were kept separate and loaded last in case we ran out of room. They were taken back to Durham for the TROSA thrift store and we were given a donation receipt. There was damage to one dresser but they immediately accepted responsibility, apologized, and said they would take it for repair. The piece was repaired and ready for delivery about a week later. They delivered on a Saturday (by two more excellent workers) and the repair was completely satisfactory. The crew took reasonable measures to protect the origin or destination houses and there was no damage to either."
