"I contacted Anderson Lawn Care through Angie's List about a property I had listed for sale. They responded in less than 5 minutes, went to the house the same day and gave me a price that evening after hours. I was very impressed by the responsiveness and the price was very reasonable. I asked them to make sure the yard was cut as needed throughout the summer so that it looked good to potential buyers. They sent regular bills once a month and only charged for one or two cuts at a time which was perfect since I was trying to sell and wasn't sure how long I would need to maintain the yard. Towards the end of the season I got a renter in the house and contacted Anderson Lawn care about any final bills. They responded quickly, thanked me for the business and asked if there was anything else they could provide. I would definitely recommend them and was very impressed with the customer service they offer. They made my life easy and I didn't have to ever worry about whether the job was getting done or not. <br />"

"We needed 2 large pine trees removed as well as 3-4 other smaller trees cut out. On May 23rd we had them come out and give us a quote and worked out a price. Within a day we decided to contract with Ace and have them do the work. I was told then that it would be 3-4 weeks before the work started. A few weeks pass and on June 24 we finally get a call from their office telling me that they finally have me on the schedule for late July!! Stuck the date on my calendar and shrugged it off. The day of the removal comes and I never get a phone call, so around lunch I buzz their office only to be told that they are rescheduling me again due to some backlog. They didn't give me a date but said they would call to reschedule. So 2-3 days later I haven't heard anything and pick the phone up myself to call again. After telling them that I was frustrated I told them that I needed them out within a week (due to contraction plans). So of course the second date comes and goes with no show or call. At this point I start bidding the project back out to other companies around town. About a week after all of this they call and set another date. Their crew finally made it out on Friday, August 11. They did a great job once there. Their team worked really hard, they laid down plywood on the lawn to protect it from being torn up, and they even thinned out a bunch of dead privet for a couple of extra bucks. The only downer was that an indian hawthorn bush got uprooted by some of their equipment and ended up killing it. No big loss though. But then I was told that their tree pickup truck was running behind and would be there within a week to get everything. And like a dummy, I believed them. 10 days later I finally send an angry email to them letting them know that I would be happy to wait longer for their tree truck as long as they didn't mind me deducting the cost of new sod from the amount of dead grass that the trees were covering up. So on day 11 their truck finally showed up. Honestly this was a great company that came highly recommended from some friends. But, they are plagued with terrible communication and setting realistic expectations. The amount of money we saved by going with them was not worth the headaches that we got."

"Still waiting to see if all bees were destroyed. Were told there is no guarantee . Deck around screen was sprayed. This kind of service seems a little expensive for time it took to do job and amount of insecticide used and still no guarantee. <br />"

"I was hoping to get a lush green lawn with weeds removed and out of sight. <br /> After giving the service to Waynes I have waited for over a year and half and still have not seen much results with improving lawn. <br /> While the treatments were done regularly and the amount from bank deducted monthly, I did not see any difference in my lawn. <br /> I have decided to cancel their service and proceed with another agency. <br />"

"I purchased the $399 special that was offered through Angie's List. It allowed for up to 40 square feet of floor or backsplash and theoretically included $80 for tile. I purchased my tile from Home Depot separately and provided the grout. They showed up as expected and the tile work itself looks great. The problems arose when I noticed that none of the plugs and switches had been completed and most of the covers and one of the plugs had actually been destroyed. I had to complete that part of the job myself as well as cleaning up around the edges of the tile work where corner strips and such had been removed. this was a bit of a problem in the the tile around the plugs and switches had to be modified to make them fit, and nothing I had would cut the tile. My last problem with this vendor is that I have after repeated contacts still not received the $80 back for the tile credit. As they ignore my emails and when I have caught them on the phone, they have either told me there is no credit or the checks in the mail, I don't expect them to make good on this debt."

"Lawn Rangers mowed and took care of our lawn all last summer. He is always very professional gets the job done quickly.  He is also very honest and a good person. He does a really great job. We recently had him come and treat our lawn for weeds too. We have rental properties and Lawn Rangers will be taking care of  all of them this year. He gave us a very reasonable price to take care of all seven of our lots. We are very pleased with his service."
