"It was excellent. They did a great job, clean it very well, polite, very courteous, professional, wonderful people, did an excellent job , and I would hire them again. They came on time, finished the job completely, but did a thorough job and the make sure I was satisfied. They asked me questions and concern about the job and I said no, it looks thorough and clean. They explained that it will take several days to complete the come off of the roof in terms of the moss and if I had a question they said to call them back."

"The tiles on the roof look clean, but they left some flashing only half cleaned, the other half is super filthy, made worse (I think) by dirt dripping off the tiles. <br /> <br /> They also blew all the dirt off the driveway into my garage so that was a mess I had to clean up. <br /> <br /> I have contacted the owner, Jim Hamilton, about the issue with the flashing. He said it wasn't part of the roof. Seriously... you can't clean a few feet of flashing that is laying right on top of the room? That just seems like good customer service. The owner said they'd come back out (although he groused that he should charge me for it). To date (11 days later) they still haven't come out. <br /> <br /> He also said that they left my garage a mess because I wasn't there to open it for them. Had I known of it, I could've remotely opened the garage door. Also, had I known they were going to leave that flashing unwashed, I would've asked them to wash it, but they assured me they could do all this without me being there. <br /> <br /> Overall, the roof looks good, but that filthy flashing is driving me nuts. I'm not happy about the customer service. <br /> They really should've met me at the house to go over with me what they were and weren't going to clean. I was pretty clear I wanted the visible parts of the roof cleaned. That they wouldn't consider flashing a part of the roof is crazy. <br /> <br /> <strong>Update 4/21/2014: </strong>They did come out and clean the flashing 2+ weeks later. I upgraded their grades a notch, where deserved. They could definitely stand to work on their client communication. I'm leaving standing my initial comments because other people deserve to know some of the issues and that they need to be very clear about their communications."

There?s only one thing and I think it was my fault; all morning that morning I had tried to remember that I should move my car from the driveway, but I forgot and they didn?t mention anything either, but that may have been more my fault than theirs. My car ended up being a mess, but otherwise it went well."
