The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

"Overall, it really depended on who came to clean.  Some were much better than others, and the good ones I found were very difficult to rebook.  I found one cleaner I really liked who was always punctual, fast and extremely thorough.  But she was rarely available so I finally gave up.  Most other cleaners were mediocre at best.  
One time there was a miscommunication and the cleaners were no-shows.  Once I contacted them, the company quickly got people out here to do the job even though they have been at another place all day.  Very responsive in that situation, and one of the girls that arrived did a very good job. 
The fact that I could never get the same GOOD cleaner on a regular basis is why I quit them in the end.  Their customer service is excellent, but the inconsistency in their cleaners (some were super slow and not very thorough) was too frustrating for me to continue using their service.
