"Sundek installed a new pool deck in July 2013. Great job, no issues, 100% positive. <br /> Our property seems to be more susceptible to ground expansion/contraction than usual, compared to our neighbors. Living in the house for twenty seven years I've seen more cracks develop in surfaces, from the garage floor, driveway, walkways, pool deck, and swimming pool walls than I ever thought reasonable even for South Florida.  The houses here were all built at the same time, by the same builder in the late seventies. There's never been anything disastrous, but certainly noticeable. <br /> Our new Sundek installation was no exception.  <br /> Hairline cracks appeared, grew larger with seasonal changes. Cracks in the original concrete base were noticed when two previous layers of  material were removed/repaired  prior to the Sundek install. <br /> Sundek's warranty covered any problems caused by poor application, defective material, etc. For obvious reasons, underlying issues not created by Sundek <br /> were not covered. <br /> When I called Corey at Sundek for advice he stopped by the following day for a look. He was surprised by the amount of cracks, some of which were three feet long. He spent some time examining the deck looking for areas that might not have been properly applied. We found nothing suspicious, no hollow spots, <br /> etc. <br /> I asked for any DIY suggestions, or a ballpark figure for patching and repainting the fifteen or so assorted cracks. <br /> He sympathized with my problem and explained that this was their busiest time with a backup of six weeks for work already contracted. If I could wait awhile until he had a crew in the area, he'd have someone come by and see what they could do. <br />  I agreed, and their was no discussion of payment at that time. <br /> About three weeks later,  two of Sundek's men showed up, said they were finishing a job nearby and went to check the deck out. We walked the perimeter <br /> and found close to twenty cracks. After explaining what they would do, they got to work and spent about an hour in the ninety degree afternoon sun meticulously repairing and repainting all the damage. I'm sorry I didn't get their names because they were professional, neat, efficient and really good <br /> technicians. <br /> Sundek didn't charge anything for the work or materials, even though they could have, and I would have gladly paid to have the work done. <br /> I'm happy to recommend them as reliable, efficient and dependable. And a special thanks to Corey who really is a good guy. Sundek's customer care is second to none, and I appreciate their goodwill and after-the-sale service. <br /> <br />"

"Florida Palm Construction just finished a large project at my house. I replaced all the floors throughout with wood look tile and completely gutted a bathroom. From start to finish, FPC did such an excellent job. The time frame they quoted me was 2 months and they finished 2 weeks early. Corey showed up at my house either early or on time every single day. They cleaned up at the end of each day as best they could. Helped me moved heavy furniture around so that they project could get started. Corey's attention to detail was incredible. The finished product looks amazing. Brian is so friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend this company without any reservation."

"Coastal Painting was excellent from the beginning. They responded promptly to our Angie's List message, and scheduled an estimate for the same day. The estimate was extremely fair and reasonable, and we were impressed by the 7 year warranty offered, as other companies warrantied for 1 year at most, if at all. We paid the deposit within a few days and scheduled the work for a Wednesday. On Sunday, Coastal contacted us to let us know they would be able to begin work earlier on Monday. The painter was clean, thorough, and efficient, and had all of the pressure washing and painting completed in two days. He was also very courteous about working around another contractor who was repairing a piece of cedar trim on our exterior. We would confidently recommend Coastal to anyone looking for exterior painting or pressure washing!"

"First of all Mike and Kelly are very fine people. They stand behind there product and workmanship completely. We initially had some difficulty with the patio as the product Mike used was new to him and did not turn out as advertised. (He no longer uses this product) After many attempts to correct the inferior concrete product, Mike inspected the finished job and judged it as unacceptable. He then removed the original product he installed and completely re-did the entire project at no additional cost to us. This type of responsible business practice is rare to find in this day and age. Mike and Kelly both made it a point to be sure we were happy with our patio at great extra expense to themselves."

"I want to highly recommend this company if you are looking for a driveway company or any company to perform at your house. I found them to be easy going, readily available. They are highly competitive in pricing compared to other companies. Coming for a person who has worked and issued permits and knowing a lot of scam artist when it comes to contractors. People should be very wary when it comes to contractors but not with this company. This company delivers and produces a great product. I want to thank them for being a company of integrity, you don’t find that often."

"Their representatives were not high pressure sales persons. They were knowledgeable about the complications they might encounter. Due to weather and activity there was delay in starting our job--little longer than expected. However, once they arrived the work moved quickly until we encountered leaks in our swimming pool plumbing which delayed the finish and caused the tape on the tile to leave marks. They attempted to clean the tiles, but we are still seeing residue. I was not asked about replacing the pool light, the railings or ladder which would have made the job look newer. We found the staff responsive, and interested in making things right. They took calls on the weekends. The job supervisor even came to our home before 7:30 a.m. one morning to catch me before work for a decision on the job. The swimming pool refinish is beautiful and deck area is a major improvement. My husband and I did need to be observant and make requests along the way. Next time, I would accept their recommendations for coloring of the surface, I did not, and the light color I selected does show the dirt more."
