We actually live on the Mainland, so communication was key and they did well to keep us informed and to make key decisions. This is an older home with much of the floors carpeted and we wanted the hardwood under it to be refinished. So, there were bound to be surprises and they were a few. But, Willy and his crew walked us through the options to make the floors look great, given the age of the property. It even included time and effort to deal with termites and urine stains.
