"Called Steveâ  s Plumbing just to get a diagnoses and found out that the heater was in bad shape (14 years old) and needed to be replaced. Was surprised to see what came out when it was flushed. Technicians, Robert Gracie Jr. and Zachary Yamaguchi came out and the job was done the same day, unbelievable!! They did a fantastic job, knowledgeable, and courteous. Price of the Solar Water Heater is very expensive. I have gone with this company before for my central Air and was content with the job. I was told that I was going with the wrong company when I showed a picture of their truck because they were ripoffs. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this job and highly recommend them. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
