"We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"Everything went very well. Heidi was incredibly responsive from the first call and throughout the process. Everyone, from the owner to every workman, was courteous and very professional. We did have weather issues (heat and storms) that understandably delayed the initial start date. When the new start date conflicted with our vacation, there was no hassle about our postponing the start date until we returned. This was a fairly big job and took the crew about a week to complete. Each day they started exactly when they told me they would be there and each evening, they made sure that everything was picked up and stowed neatly. When the job was done, the cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find a nail or other debris anywhere! The roof, soffit repairs, and new gutters look great. I highly recommend A&D and would definitely use them again without hesitation."

"I contacted several roofers from Angieslist and gotten bids. I became comfortable with Titan in the process. I felt I am getting more value for the $$$ so at the end I went with them. The way Tim Niles (?) presented and persuaded is excellent. He answered all my stupid questions and he was not pushy. His knowledge about roofing is commendable. I even told him he deserves a honorable phD in roofing.  <br /> 1. Once I signed the agreement, I was forrtunate they were able to schedule my work in just two days. My project  took 2 days  <br /> 2. material (shingle bundles, ridges, weather proofing underlayment) has been delivered one day before work start. BTW, I like their synthetic underlayment called PALISADE. <br /> 3. First day, 8 member crew started showing up around 7:30 in the morning. They waited for the dumpster which showed up in few minutes and they started tearing off old shingles. Mine is 4000sft roof and it has a pillar type structure which takes while. First day was Friday. But rain was in the forecast for the rest of the week end. THIS IS WHAT I LIKED. They only opened the roof what they were sure they could install new shingles on that day. They started and finished back section and by 6pm they are gone. Trailer has been hauled away. <br /> 4. The weather forecast became reality. It rained and would have caused damage if opened the entire roof. I am very glad they didn't. It rained on Monday as well. They didn't show. Tuesday was clear day and again they started early and finished late 7:30pm. <br /> 5. They cleaned up very well after their work EACH day. Again important, because we had backyard BBQ party (small kids playing in the backyard) that weekend while the project is still ongoing. <br /> 6. They covered my bushes with tarps before they started the project <br /> 7. They have not charged me any extra for wood they used (3 sheets are included in the contract and they used 3 sheets). I find them very honest in breaking my pocket with extras. <br /> 8. Tim Niles (?not sure about his last name), came after couple of weeks of the project completion and double checked and confirmed with me that they did every thing they promised. Only then he asked for the check! <br /> 9. "Like many in our subdivision, we were approaching 20 years on our roof and had suffered some wind and hail damage related to some heavy storms earlier in the year. After seeing others in the subdivision having work done on their homes, my wife and I decided to take the plunge and try our hand with getting it approved through insurance (knowing the unlikelihood of getting full coverage on an old roof, particularly with one of the big-name insurance companies). We were connected with Eugene from Estate Exteriors through high recommendations from another person in our subdivision. In particular, Eugene works as a licensed public adjuster and has insight towards what is typically looked at by insurance companies before the decision is made to approve funding for roof repair. From the beginning I was very impressed with Eugene's professionalism. He arrived promptly a few minutes after I texted him, and got up on the roof to do a quick assessment. I admired Eugene's frequent and clear communication; he never used language that was too "over my head" and made sure I had a good understanding of all steps involved in the process. We communicated regularly by text, email and phone and he walked me through every step of the way. He was present when the insurance company sent out their own adjuster to assess the damage and was able to communicate his own findings. After I eventually did get approval for full roof repair, he scheduled the roof repair and was in constant communication letting me know of any potential unforeseen damage that might need to be repaired. He was also successful in getting some of that extra damage covered by insurance after the repair. The work (which involved full roof replacement, replacement of sky lights, and gutters) was high quality - and I still admire the appearance of our roof, which I didn't think I could ever get excited about! Finally, when it came time for payment, Eugene was available in person to help me call the mortgage company to ensure that our insurance checks would be endorsed and processed correctly. He also offered additional 0% financing for some of the additional work that was not covered by insurance. Overall, I have never had such a positive customer experience with ANYONE, like the one I had with Estate Exteriors. Eugene is honest, humble, a great communicator and does high quality work. I was so relieved to have such a burdensome project be made about as easy as possible. I highly recommend this company and recommend without any reservations!"
