"Tom was very professional, arrived on time, and gave us an honest, fair quote for the work performed. Before we contacted Tom's about the work, we also checked with two other companies. At the time, we were leaning toward stamped concrete, but I am very glad we chose not to go with it. First and foremost, Tom wanted to make sure we understood our options, and helped us make an educated decision. Since we rent our house, stamped concrete would have been more difficult to maintain, and less practical for our use. He recommended we go with a non-stamped color concrete, and explained why it would be great for us. Since we wanted a wavy, rounded edge, Tom's guys took a great deal of time adjusting and readjusting the forms when necessary. They wanted to be sure we were 100% satisfied with the shape before they poured the concrete - even when it required them to take their forms apart. Other contractors we called attempted to cut corners by not using a gravel base and/or not reinforcing the hot tub pad, but Tom wanted to do it the right way. Even after adding the gravel and rebar, his quote for the job was still more reasonable than competitors who were willing sacrifice on workmanship. When we wanted to add and subtract areas after the contract was signed, we were able to adjust the price on a per square foot basis, making the whole process less stressful and more transparent.
We love our patio and feel like it was a great investment. Not only was the cost very fair, but it is very apparent that Tom takes pride in what he does. He was noticeably excited about helping us design the layout and I could tell he was looking forward to us enjoying our patio as much as we were. I will definitely be contacting him to pour a patio area for us at our other home as well!

"The team at A&D Exteriors are fantastic. I originally claimed a deal from them for a roof maintenance package. Our roof is 11 years old now and thought it might need some. We also have had one minor issue and thought they would be able to fix it. When they came out, they determined our roof was in excellent shape and did not need maintenance. They showed us that our roofing issue is most likely actually an issue with our plumbing vent. They did not even charge us for the evaluation! Overall a great company and I would hire again with no hesitation!"

"I had several bids for the installation of a metal roof on my home. I went with Mr. Nisley. He demonstrated the willingness and patience to answer my multiple of questions. He remained professional and kind through-out the two days of the installation. He was present each day of the process. The work Mr. Nisley done was impeccable and beyond reproach. Mr. Nisley checked to ensure that everything was too my satisfaction and it surpassed my expectation. I was extremely happy with the work Mr. Nisley and his crew performed. Upon completion of the roof Mr. Nisley ensured that everything was picked up and the area was clean. I was pleased that I had selected Mr. Nisley to do the metal roofing job. Mr. Nisley expertise for roofing was obvious. I would highly recommend him without regret."

"I contacted R.K. Roofing to ask them to help with some minor roof repairs (gutters, vent stack pipe) and to ask them to assess the current condition of the roof. At every step of the way Jerry was responsive, communicative, and honest. He gave me an honest assessment of the roof's remaining life and didn't at all try to pressure me into any unneeded work - he and his crew also identified a small leak near one of the attic vents that could have become a much bigger problem and fixed it professionally and affordably. I will definitely go with R.K. Roofing again for my future roofing needs - no problems whatsoever, just a straightforward, positive experience from start to finish."

"For the first time ever, we now have a roof that does NOT leak, after preparation, priming and a roll-on treatment of a sealant over a three day period by SPU. Steve and crew were hard working, polite professionals and we would highly recommend them. Communication was good and the job was completed expeditiously. We would not hesitiate to hire them again!"

"Oval Royse came out to our house and rather than charging us for something that wasn't needed, he told us the problem was minimal and he fixed it on the spot. He was honest and sincere. I was very impressed!"

"That’s the one that I would use. They were very prompt. My husband actually built the house down the street and that’s the one that he redid. When I saw their house I thought that it was real nice and I asked who they used so that's who they used; they go by EDII, I think. My husband was assisting me with cedar siding and he wanted specific cedar which was horizontal and not the sheets but individual planks and stain it. When I was online and researching about painters online, I just searched and they were on that too but I did not get them through Angie’s List. He came out and spent quite a bit of time, looked around and measured and under a week we had a bid. They were very professional and I had seen their job so. My neighbors had used them for all their stuff. I was real happy with them and I know my neighbors were real happy with them."
