"Raphael did an impressive job staying in touch. Rain postponed the work a couple of days, but he kept us in the loop. He came on a Saturday to complete the work. He presented two options for the repair and said he would be glad to complete whichever we chose. He explained well the problem (leaking metal roof) and what he would do to fix it.
