The house is on the Natl Historic Registry, built in 1920, so the drainage systems in a lot of the yards in this Historic District are center of yard/backyard. He and his co-worker did a great job; he always arrived on time, was so pleasant, respectful, professional and friendly. He assessed the job requirements beforehand, sent a professional Estimate with 2 choices, explaining all ramifications of the job, and a final agreed-upon Proposal. He also removed a brick foundation embedded in the ground where an old detached garage used to be and replaced with dirt and topsoil so grass seeds can be scattered.
