"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

Brent was extremely cautious since the job was vaulting our ceiling he brought a Engineer out 3 times to make sure it could be done properly before he accepted the job. Of course, it was not the greatest thing living thru a remodel but Brent and Patrick kept the job site clean each day! "When they initially came out to complete the work, they were punctual for the most of the time and they completed the work on schedule. They completed the job within a few days. The work that they did was not done correctly. The sheeting that they had put up the sides of the walls had fallen down. They did come back to correct it. However, we have had some other concerns and they have not returned our phone calls. The salesperson had told us that if we ever needed him, he would be responsive. Neither he nor the main office has returned our phone calls. The pipe that they installed causes the dining room window to get fogged up. We are concerned about the moisture that may be coming in from that."
